RETURN OF GOODS

If the ordered goods do not meet your expectations or you ordered the wrong product, you can return the products within 14 days of the date of the receipt of the parcel and return it on terms and within deadlines referred to in the Terms and Conditions.

All products must be returned to us clean and unused.

The return of items is at your own expense and risk.

 

Return step by step:

a. Please inform us about your intention to return a product within 14 workdays of the date of goods delivery by sending a message to: shop@lillypetshop.com

b. Print out and fill in the Return Form and send it back to us with the item(s). Download it here. (Using this form is optional.)

c. When submitting a Return form, please provide the following information: Customer's name, address, sales identification data (order number, date of transaction, date of delivery), name of returned product(s), and contact details (email and phone number)

d. Pack the goods along with the Return Form. Remember that the goods should be properly packed so that they do not get damaged during transport.

e. Send the product(s) by prepaid postage to the following address (we do not accept cash on delivery parcels):

PLEASE REMEMBER: Always choose a secure shipping method, e.g. use the services of a courier or at least send your parcel with a confirmation of sending.

f. The returned product will be refunded within 14 calendar days following the date the Shop received a complete parcel with the goods not showing any signs of use. 

Your refund will be credited back to the bank account number submitted on the Return Form.

COMPLAINTS 

At the time of receiving the ordered goods, please check the status and contents of the parcel. In case of any damages or inconsistencies please contact our store (shop@lillypetshop.pl). Complaints arising from this title will only be considered if the complaint protocol is written in the presence of the person delivering the package.

 

According to the Consumer Rights Act dated 30 May 2014, all products bought in our Shop come with the right in respect of the product nonconformity with the contract for a period of 2 years of the date of purchase.

 


In order to make a complaint:

a. Print out and fill in the Complaint Form (Download it hereand send a scan of the Form by e-mail shop@lillypetshop.pl or by registered mail to:

b. When submitting a Complaint Form, please provide the following information: Customer's name, address, sales identification data (order number, date of transaction, date of delivery), product name and cause of complaint, and contact details (email and phone number)

c. Send the product complaint about along with the Complaint Form to the following address:

PLEASE REMEMBER: Always choose a secure shipping method, e.g. use the services of a courier or at least send your parcel with a confirmation of sending.

d. Complaints are processed immediately, albeit no later than within 14 days of receipt of the product complained about.

e. If the complaint is deemed justified, we will meet the claims under the complaint in accordance with the legal regulations on statutory warranty.
